Booking confirmation

For confirmation of your stay we ask a deposit equal to 30% of your stay. You may do this in?following ways:

• Deposit by bank transfer to: Banca MPS Account Name: Piccolo Hotel Aurora Iban: IT 91 J 01030?71750 0000 01149465. Please include in the description of the transfer your name and duration of your stay. The advance
  is not refundable, but can be transferred as credit for another stay at a later date.
• Pre-authorisation (without charge) to your credit card. You must send us the following information:?card type, card number, expiration date, name on card.

Cancellations

ATTENTION: these conditions are valid for bookings made directly or through the portal of the structure, for bookings made through online channels it is necessary to refer to the sites where the booking has been completed !!!

Cancellation of reservations, without penalty, may take place within four days of arrival day (not?taking into consideration the day of checkin). The cancellation up to 48 hours before your arrival’date will accrue a charge equal to the amount of the first night booked. Cancellations less than 48?hours before the arrival date, will be charged, by an amount equal to 30% of the stay or at least the?first night for stays of one / two nights. A no show will accrue the balance of the total amount of the?booked stay.

Early Departure

For stays of up to 3 nights you will have to pay the entire amount of the booked stay. For stays?longer than 3 nights you will have to pay a price equal to the duration of stay + 30% of unused?days.

Rates with prepayment

For the “Non-refundable / Advance payment” rates, the payment will be made at the same time as the booking for the total cost of the stay including services. The Customer expressly accepts the cost from the conclusion of the booking and authorizes the transaction. Nothing will be reimbursed; The Customer is entitled to the discretion to guarantee himself with appropriate insurance policies.
